❤️
Program 01
Cardiac Arrest & CPR
60 min Hands-on

Sudden cardiac arrest kills over 350,000 Americans each year — most of them outside a hospital. Bystander CPR can double or triple survival rates, yet fewer than half of cardiac arrest victims receive it. This session changes that.

You'll learn to
Recognize the signs of sudden cardiac arrest
Perform hands-only CPR on adults
Use an AED (automated external defibrillator)
Keep someone alive until EMS arrives
🧠
Program 02
Stroke Recognition
45 min Discussion

Stroke is the leading cause of long-term disability in the US. The faster a stroke is identified and treated, the less brain damage occurs. Knowing the warning signs and acting immediately can preserve function — and save a life.

You'll learn to
Use the FAST method to identify stroke symptoms
Understand why every minute matters
What to do — and not do — while waiting for EMS
Recognize less common stroke symptoms

Program 03
Diabetic Emergencies
45 min Discussion

With over 37 million Americans living with diabetes, the chances you'll encounter a diabetic emergency are significant. Hypoglycemia can cause confusion, unconsciousness, and death — and it's often mistaken for intoxication. This session teaches you to tell the difference and respond correctly.

You'll learn to
Distinguish hypoglycemia from hyperglycemia
Respond safely when someone can and can't swallow
Know when to call 911 versus manage at home
Support a diabetic colleague or family member
Program 04
Seizure First Aid
30 min Discussion

Seizures are frightening to witness — and dangerous myths about how to respond are everywhere. This session sets the record straight. You'll leave knowing exactly what to do and what never to do, so you can respond calmly and effectively.

You'll learn to
Protect someone during a seizure safely
Time the seizure and know when to call 911
Debunk the most dangerous myths (never restrain, never put anything in the mouth)
Support someone in the postictal recovery phase

Program 05
Choking Response
30 min Hands-on

Choking is a leading cause of accidental death — and it's almost always survivable with a trained bystander. This hands-on session uses mannequins to give you real practice, not just theory, so you can act confidently in the moment.

You'll learn to
Recognize the difference between partial and complete airway obstruction
Perform the Heimlich maneuver on adults and children
Respond to choking in infants under 1 year
Perform abdominal thrusts on yourself if alone
💉
Program 06
Anaphylaxis & EpiPen
30 min Hands-on

Severe allergic reactions can progress to life-threatening anaphylaxis within minutes. Epinephrine is the only effective treatment — and every second of delay matters. This session gives you the confidence to recognize anaphylaxis and use an EpiPen correctly.

You'll learn to
Identify the signs of anaphylaxis vs. a mild allergic reaction
Use an epinephrine auto-injector (EpiPen) step by step
Position someone in anaphylactic shock correctly
Know when a second dose is needed
