Free programs
Six evidence-based programs designed by an active EMT and delivered in plain language — no medical background required. Every session is free and open to the public.
What we offer
Each program is self-contained — attend one or all six. Sessions can be booked individually or as a full-day community event.
Sudden cardiac arrest kills over 350,000 Americans each year — most of them outside a hospital. Bystander CPR can double or triple survival rates, yet fewer than half of cardiac arrest victims receive it. This session changes that.
Stroke is the leading cause of long-term disability in the US. The faster a stroke is identified and treated, the less brain damage occurs. Knowing the warning signs and acting immediately can preserve function — and save a life.
With over 37 million Americans living with diabetes, the chances you'll encounter a diabetic emergency are significant. Hypoglycemia can cause confusion, unconsciousness, and death — and it's often mistaken for intoxication. This session teaches you to tell the difference and respond correctly.
Seizures are frightening to witness — and dangerous myths about how to respond are everywhere. This session sets the record straight. You'll leave knowing exactly what to do and what never to do, so you can respond calmly and effectively.
Choking is a leading cause of accidental death — and it's almost always survivable with a trained bystander. This hands-on session uses mannequins to give you real practice, not just theory, so you can act confidently in the moment.
Severe allergic reactions can progress to life-threatening anaphylaxis within minutes. Epinephrine is the only effective treatment — and every second of delay matters. This session gives you the confidence to recognize anaphylaxis and use an EpiPen correctly.
Who attends
Build a safer school community by training staff, parents, and older students in emergency response.
Employees spend a third of their lives at work. A trained coworker could be the difference in a cardiac emergency.
We regularly partner with churches, mosques, temples, and other faith organizations to reach their congregations.
HOAs, block associations, and neighborhood groups can host workshops for their entire community.
Parents, grandparents, and caregivers who want to be prepared for an emergency at home.
Hospitals and clinics that want to extend emergency education into the communities they serve.
